The Gwen R. Heiner Trust dated December 3, 2007 with Gwen R. Heiner, Ralph S. Heiner and
Dick R. Heiner, and the survivor(s), as Trustees, as to an undivided one -half interest Grantors, of
Bedford, Lincoln County, Wyoming, this family exemption and
hereby Quit Claim to
Hal R. Heiner and Jann E. Heiner husband and wife, Grantees,
for the sum of Ten and no /100 Dollars 10.00) and other good and valuable consideration the
following described property in Lincoln County, Wyoming, to wit:
A portion of the property, as referred to'in the Deed recorded with Receiving No.
935815, in Book 682, on Page 107, with the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln County,
Wyoming, within the E1 /2NE1/4 Of 'Section 9, T33N, R118W, of the 6th P.M., Lincoln
County, Wyoming, the'Boundary and' Encumbrances being more particularly described
as follows:
BEGINNING at the Lloyd B. Baker PE /LS 698, 2008 location for the Southeast Corner of
the NW1 /4NE1/4 of said Section 9; thence N0 °36'26 "E, along the East line of said
NW1 /4NE1 /4, 25.00 feet to the Southwest corner of the Kidd property, as referred to in
the Deed recorded with Instrument. No 757889, in Book 321 PR, on Page 122, with said

GRANTING and RESERVING: A 60.00 feet wide Right -of -Way Easement for Ingress,
Egress, and Underground Utilities being 25.00 feet on the Left and 35.00 feet on the
Right of the following Line being more particularly described as follows;
