HomeMy WebLinkAbout958189RECEIVED 2/18/2011 at 9:54 AM RECEIVING 958189 BOOK: 762 PAGE: 729 JEANNE WAGNER LINCOLN COUNTY CLERK, KEMMERER, WY NORTHWEST PIPELINE GP PARTIAL RELINQUISHMENT OF EASEMENT AGREEMENT 000'729 This Partial Relinquishment of Easement Agreement is dated this 26 day of January 2011, by NORTHWEST PIPELINE GP (Grantee), successor -in- interest to Northwest Pipeline Corporation. WHEREAS, by instrument dated the 2 day of December 2003, found on Page 664 through and including page 675 of Book 543 of the public records of Lincoln County, Wyoming, Williams Gas Processing Company granted and conveyed to Northwest Pipeline Corporation a non exclusive easement for Northwest's existing 30 -inch pipeline, its existing 16 -inch pipeline and an exclusive easement for an existing meter station facility. Said pipelines and meter station facility are located on the tract of land described in said instrument in the Northwest'/ of Section 27 of Township 21 North and Range 114 West, Lincoln County, Wyoming; and WHEREAS, Northwest Pipeline GP, formerly known as Northwest Pipeline Corporation, is selling approximately 700 feet of the aforementioned 16 -inch pipeline located within the boundaries of the Opal processing plant to Williams Midstream Services, LLC and no longer has an interest in or an obligation to maintain the 16 -inch pipeline. Northwest desires to relinquish its rights granted in the easement agreement as they apply to the 16 -inch pipeline only. NOW THEREFORE, for and in consideration of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, Northwest Pipeline GP does hereby relinquish and quitclaim unto Williams Midstream Services, LLC, their successors and assigns, Northwest Pipeline GP's interest in the easement agreement over the land described in said instrument dated the 2 day of December 2003 as it applies the 16 -inch pipeline only. Northwest Pipeline GP retains its interest in the said instrument for the 30 -inch pipeline and the meter station facility and all other provisions of the easement agreement will remain in force.
