WEST AND ANDRA J WEST, AS JOINT TENANTS to The Bank of Star Valley, as mortgagee, a mortgage conveying a lien on certain real estate therein described as security for the payment of $101,786.00 which mortgage was recorded in the office of the County Clerk and Ex- Officio Register of Deeds of Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, on the 18 day of August, 2006 in book 630 of Mortgages, at Page 652 as document #921457 and pertaining to the following described real estate in said County, to -wit: "ALL LANDS DESCRIBED IN SAID MORTGAGE" The note secured thereby and the aforementioned debt is fully paid, satisfied, released, and discharged and in consideration thereof the said mortgage's do hereby release and quitclaim unto the said mortgagors the premises thereby conveyed and mortgaged.
