CORPORATE ASSIGNMENT OF REAL ESTATE MORTGAGE
FOR VALUE RECEIVED, the undersigned hereby grants, assigns and
transfers to GMAC Mortgage, LLC, whose address is 1100 Virginia Drive, Fort
Washington, PA 19034, all the rights, title and interest in and to that certain Real
Estate Mortgage dated March 24, 2009, executed by Jason F. Conley, to Mortgage
Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for GMAC Bank its successors
and assigns and recorded on April 6, 2009, at Reception No. 946357 in Book 719 at
Page 828 of the Official Records in the County Recorder's Office of Lincoln County,
State of Wyoming on real estate legally described as follows:
A portion of the NW1 /4NW1/4 of Section 31, Township 32 North, Range 118 West, of the 6 P.M., Lincoln
County, Wyoming, and more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at a point which is 8.8 feet East from the Northwest corner of Lot 8 of the proposed addition to the
Afton Townsite, which Lot corner is located at a point South 44 °401East, 1200 feet from the Northwest
corner of said Section 31 and running thence South 2 °12 /est, 148.5 feet; thence North 88 °42LEast, 83.7
feet; thence North 1 °40IEast, 147.5 feet; thence 89 °541tWest, 82.5 feet to the point of beginning.
