hereby convey and quitclaim to

SUBJECT TO: Restrictions, Conditions, Covenants, Rights, Rights of Way, and Easements that are now
of record, if any.
Together with all the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereto belonging or in anywise
appertaining.
The then acting Trustee has the power and authority to encumber or otherwise to manage and dispose of
the hereinabove described real property; including, but not limited to, the power to convey.

The Northwest quarter of the Northeast quarter and the Northeast quarter of the Northwest quarter
(NW1 /4NE1 /4 NE1 /4NW1 /4) of Section 19, Township 32 North, Range 118 West of the 6th P.M.,
together with all water, water rights, mineral rights, improvements and appurtenances thereon situate or in
anywise appertaining thereunto. Subject, however, to all reservations, restrictions, exceptions, easements
and rights -of -way of record or in use.

Warranty deed dated April 24, 1972, and recorded April 27, 1972, in Book 99PR, Page 317, in the office
of the County Clerk and Ex- Officio Register of Deeds for Lincoln County, Wyoming, Ross L. Gardner
and Marie N. Gardner a/k/a Marie L. Gardner, husband and wife, as grantors, conveyed unto Jerry T.
Harmon and Bonnie N. Harmon, husband and wife by the entireties, grantees.
Warranty deed dated June 30, 1987, and recorded July 8, 1987, in Book 252PR, Page 613, in the office of
the County Clerk and Ex- Officio Register of Deeds for Lincoln County, Wyoming, Ross L. Gardner as
grantor, conveyed unto Lee Shepard Gardner, Grantee.
Warranty deed dated June 30, 1987, and recorded July 6, 1987, in Book 252PR, Page 544, in the office of
the County Clerk and Ex- Officio Register of Deeds for Lincoln County, Wyoming, Ross L. Gardner as
grantor, conveyed unto Marie L. Gardner, grantee.
Warranty deed dated September 8, 1984, and recorded December 3, 1984, in Book 221PR, Page 478, in
the office of the County Clerk and Ex- Officio Register of Deeds for Lincoln County, Wyoming, Ross
Gardner as grantor, conveyed unto Jerry T. Harmon and Bonnie N. Harmon, husband and wife as tenants
by the entireties, grantees.
A part of the SE1 /4SW1 /4 and the SW1 /4SE1 /4 of Section 18, Township 32 North, Range 118 West,
Lincoln County, Wyoming, more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at the W1/16 Corner of Section 18 and Section 19 of the said township and range, and
running THENCE North, along the west boundary of the SE1 /4SW1 /4 of Section 18, 7.8 feet; THENCE
North 88 °10' East 1866.6 feet to the west end of an established property boundary fence line; THENCE
North 88 °10' East, along said fence line, 773.3 feet to the intersection with the east boundary of the
SW1 /4SE1 /4 of Section 18; THENCE South, along the said east boundary, 92.2 feet to the E1 /16 Corner
of Section 18 and Section 19: THENCE West, along section line, 2642.6 feet to the place of beginning.
EXCEPTING therefrom that portion of said property that is included in the property that was conveyed
by the Warranty Deed that was recorded in the land records of Lincoln County, Wyoming on May 27,
1998 in Book 412 PR at Page 149 as Instrument No. 850666.
