quartzite stone monument, and running thence N 00 04'44" E, 181.15 feet along the West line of said
tract to the Southeast corner of the Taylor Subdivision, as said subdivision is platted and of record
in the Office of the Lincoln County Clerk, said corner marked with an iron pipe with brass cap
inscribed "Paul N. Scherbel LS 164" and appropriate details;
