This Deed is made this day of wry, 2011, by DeAnn Sutton,
personal representative of the estate of Thomas R. Freek, decedent, hereinafter
referred to as "Personal Representative
For good and valuable consideration, receipt of which is hereby
acknowledged, your personal representative conveys and quitclaims to Kenneth
B. Sutton, a married man, GRANTEE, whose address is P. O. Box 1158, Thayne,
Wyoming 83127, the following described real property:
Lot 608 of Star Valley Ranch RV Park Plat 2, Lincoln County,
Wyoming as described on the official plat thereof
Subject to taxes, encumbrances, covenants, conditions, restrictions,
reservations, rights, rights -of -way, and easements of sight and record if any, and
together with all appurtenances thereto, and all the estate, right, title, interest,
property, possession, claim and demand whatsoever, both in law and equity,
which Thomas R. Freek, possessed.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD all the granted premises together with the
appurtenances and every part thereof, to the Grantee.
Personal Representative, for herself and her successors, covenants with
Grantees that she is lawfully the Personal Representative of the estate of Thomas
R. Freek and has the power to convey the above described property pursuant to
a court order of the District Court of Lincoln County, Wyoming, Third Judicial
District entitled Order Approving Final Report And Order Of Distribution dated
and filed February 2011.
