Gaines, husband and wife, Grantors, of Lincoln County, Wyoming, in consideration of TEN DOLLARS ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration in hand paid, the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged and confessed, hereby CONVEYS AND QUITCLAIMS to David Stafford and Nancy Stafford, husband and wife, grantees, whose address is PO Box 102, Frontier WY 83121, all right, title, and interest that he may have in and to the following described real estate situate in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State, to -wit: LOT 9 OF BLOCK 11 OF THE AMENDED PLAT OF THE TOWN OF OPAL, LINCOLN COUNTY, WYOMING, AS DESCRIBED ON THE OFFICIAL PLAT THEREOFF; TOGETHER WITH all improvements situate thereon and easements and appurtenances thereunto belonging; and SUBJECT TO all easements, reservations, covenants and restrictions, if any, of record. FURTHER SUBJECT TO discrepancies, conflicts in boundary lines, shortage in area, encroachments, and any facts a correct survey and inspection of the premises would disclose and which are not shown in the public records.
