119 West of the 6th P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming, more particularly described as
follows:
Commencing at a point which is the Northwest Corner of the SW 1/4 of Section 24,
township 34 North, Range 119 West and running thence East 34 rods, thence South 9 1/2
rods; thence West 34 rods; thence North 9 1/2 rods to the Point Of Beginning.
Subject to easements, declarations of covenants and restrictions, rights of way of record,
and taxes for the current year and thereafter.
