Comes now Leisure Valley, Inc., a Nevada Corporation, duly qualified to do business in Wyoming, of P.O. Box 299, Thayne,
Wyoming 83127, County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, acting through its President, H. Val Stewart, who being duly sworn
on oath according to law, does hereby make the following statement of facts and affirms:
1. That Leisure Valley, Inc. was the sole owner of all of the lots of the Star Valley Ranch Plat 1, County of Lincoln, State
of Wyoming, of record in the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln County, with Accession No. 424556, at the time of the filing
of Amended Plat of Star Valley Ranch Pi a t,,l with,Awession No. 427346;
2. That Star Valley Ranch Plat 1 should have been vacated at the time of the filing of said Amended Plat of Star Valley
Ranch Plat 1 but was not;
3. That this instrument is being recorded for the purpose of accomplishing the vacation of said Star Valley Ranch Plat 1;
4. That all lots sold with reference to Star Valley Ranch Plat 1 were intended to be the lot with that same number
on said Amended Plat of Star Valley Ranch Plat 1 and have been occupied as a lot of said Amended Plat;
5. That all utilities installed within the area described on said Star Valley Ranch Plat 1 have been installed in accordance
with said Amended Plat of Star Valley Ranch Plat 1;
6. That no rights of the public nor of any lot owners will be abridged by the vacation of said Star Valley Ranch Plat 1;

Therefore, said Leisure Valley, Inc. does hereby vacate said Star Valley Ranch Plat 1 with Accession No. 424556 in accordance
with Section 34 -12 -106, Wyoming Statutes, 2009, as amended, and does request that the County Clerk write the word "vacated"
across the face of said plat in accordance with Section 34 -12 -110 of said Statutes.
Leisure Valley, Inc. recommends for all future conveyances of lots currently referenced to said "Star Valley Ranch Plat 1" that
the plat referenced in the description be changed to said "Amended Plat of Star Valley Ranch Plat 1" with no change in lot
number.
