joint rights of survivorship GRANTORS of Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, hereby QUIT
CLAIM to JILL M. BOXER, an unmarried woman, GRANTEE, whose address is 42381 W.
Posada Drive Maricopa, AZ 85238 for the suer of One Dollar and other good and valuable
consideration, the following described real estate, situate in Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, hereby
releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State, to-
wit:
Unit 203 of Building 200, STATELINE CONDOMINIUMS, PHASE 11, BUILDING 200, as shown on
the official plat thereof filed on October 24, 2007, as Document No. 934331, as Plat No. 934331, in the
Office of the Clerk of Lincoln County, Wyoming, also being a part of Lot 2, STATELINE ESTATES,
as shown on the official plat thereof filed on November 17, 2005, as Document No. 913797, as Plat
No. 293 -E, in the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln County, Wyoming, and further defined and described
in that certain Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions for Stateline Condominiums
located in Freedom, Lincoln County, Wyoming, created by Document No. 934333, in Book 676, at
Page 631 or set forth in the related bylaws in any instrument creating the estate or interest insured by
this policy; and in any other allied instrument referred to in any of the instruments aforesaid.
Subject to reservations and restrictions contained in the United States Patent and to easements and
rights -of -way of record or in use.
Together with all improvements and appurtenances thereon.
