BEGINNING at a point at the intersection of a north/south fence line with the south line
of said Tract 74, S89 26' -07 "E, 912.25 feet, from Corner No. 3 of said Tract 74;
thence generally following an existing fence line:
N10 45' -29 "E, 954.77 feet, to a point;
N07 48' -02 "E, 206.87 feet, to a point;
