Direct Mortgage Corp. d.b.a. Direct Mortgage Corp., its successors and assigns, hereby grants,
assigns and transfers to Wells Fargo Bank, NA, whose address is 3476 Stateview Blvd, Fort Mill,
SC 29715, all the rights, title and interest in and to that certain Real Estate Mortgage dated
October 17, 2006, executed by MARTHA A. CLINES, A MARRIED WOMAN to Direct Mortgage,
Corp. d.b.a. Direct Mortgage Corp. its successors and assigns and recorded on October 24,
2006, at Reception No. 923686 in Book 638 at Page 62 of the Official Records in the County
Recorder's Office of Lincoln County, State of Wyoming on real estate legally described as follows:

That part of the NW'/NE'/ Section 22, T34N, R119W, Lincoln County, Wyoming, being part of
those Tracts of record in the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln County in Book 77 of photostatic records
on page 159; Book 217 of photostatic records on Page 8 described as follows:
Beginning at a point, S84 °12'2 "W, 2656.68 feet from the Northeast corner of said Section 22, found
as described in the Certified land corner recordation certificate filed in the said office; thence
S89 17.1'E, 112.00 feet to a point; thence S33 °14.2'E, 121.76 feet to a point; thence S00 42.9'W,
343.00 feet to a point; thence South 57 °42.6'W, 214.64 feet to an intersection with an existing
North /South fence; thence N00 42.9'E, along said fence, 560.92 feet to the point of beginning.
Together with the right of ingress and egress over and across a strop of land thirty (30) feet in width,
the West line being described as follows: Beginning at the Northwest corner of the above described
Tract, S84 °12.2'W, 2656.68 feet from the Northeast corner of said Section 22, thence N00 °24.3'E,
172.00 feet to the South right of way line of the Thayne- Freedom County Road No. 12 -125.
with an address of 957 County Road 125, Thayne, Wyoming 83127
TOGETHER with all its rights, title and interest in the note thereon described or referred
to, the money due and to become due thereon with interest.
