KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, That LINDA G. GARDNER of the County of
Bonneville, State of Idaho in consideration of the sum of ONE HUNDRED AND TWENTY
THOUSAND ($120,000.00) DOLLARS to Linda G. Gardner hand paid by LEE S. GARDNER whose
address is 150 Swift Creek Lane, Afton, Wyoming 83110 the receipt whereof is hereby confessed and
acknowledged, has remised, released, and forever quitclaimed and by theses presents do I for Ever
Release heirs, executors and administrators, runes, release and forever quitclaim unto the said: LEE S.
GARDNER, heirs and assigns, forever, all right, title, interest, property, possession, claim and demand
as I have or ought to have, in or to all the following described premises, to -wit:
A portion of the E1 /2NE1 /4NE /14, Section 25,T32N, R119W, 6`'' P.M., located North of Afton,
Lincoln County, Wyoming, being more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at an iron pipe set in the Southerly line of said E1 /2NE1 /4NE1 /4,said iron pipe being
1325.20 feet South and 455.87 feet N89 57'W,from the Northeast corner of said Section 25; THENCE
N89 57'W, 149.04 feet to an iron pipe set; THENCE NO 42'10 "W, 238.84 feet to an iron pipe set in
the Southerly line of a County Road, 60 feet wide; THENCE S75 15'02 "E, along last said Southerly
line 154.62 feet to an iron pipe set; THENCE SO 42 199.60 feet to the point of beginning.
Including all structures and improvements on above described property.
Hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of
the State of Wyoming.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the said premises unto the said LEE S. GARDNER heirs and
assigns to his and their own proper use and be hoof forever. So that I, LINDA G. GARDNER nor any
other person in MY name or behalf, or either of us or any other person in our or either of our names or
behalf shall or will hereafter claim or demand any right or title to the premises or any part thereof, but
they and every one of them shall by these presents be excluded and forever barred.
