HomeMy WebLinkAbout958562WARRANTY DEED GWENNA RAE MERRITT, a single woman, GRANTOR, of Lincoln County, Wyoming, for and in consideration of Ten and no /100 Dollars and other good and valuable consideration, in hand paid, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, CONVEYS AND WARRANTS TO CHAD R. MERRITT and SARAH K. MERRITT, Husband and Wife, By the Entireties, GRANTEES, of 61 Happy Camper Lane, Afton, WY 83110, the following described real estate, situate in Lincoln County and State of Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State, to wit: A TRACT OF LAND lying within and being a part of the SE1 /4SE1 /4 of Section 23, Township 32 North, Range 119 West, Lincoln County, Wyoming, with boundaries more particularly described as follows: BEGINNING at a point on the south boundary line of Section 23, said point being West a distance of 18 rods from the Southeast Corner of said Section 23; and running THENCE North, along the original property line of the Grantees, a distance of 10 rods to the north end thereof; THENCE East a distance of 3 rods; THENCE South a distance of 10 rods to the south boundary line of Section 23; THENCE West a distance of 3 rods to the point of beginning; ENCLOSING an area of 0.188 acres, more or less; THE INTENT HEREIN being to convey a three rod wide strip of land to be attached to the original parcel of the Grantees, which by this action is enlarged to a new total of 2.344 acres, more or less, in order to effect a boundary change and not to create a new or separate land parcel.
