GRANTOR, of Lincoln County, Wyoming, for and in consideration of Ten and no /100
Dollars and other good and valuable consideration, in hand paid, receipt of which is hereby
acknowledged,
CONVEYS AND WARRANTS TO
GWENNA RAE MERRITT and MAX R. MERRITT, Sister and Brother,
as Joint Tenants with right of survivorship, GRANTEES, c/o Gwenna Merritt, 1003 Allred
Road, Afton, WY 83110, the following described real estate, situate in Lincoln County and State
of Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead
exemption laws of the State, to wit:
A TRACT OF LAND lying within and being a part of the SE1 /4SE1 /4 of Section
23, Township 32 North, Range 119 West, Lincoln County, Wyoming, with
boundaries more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point which is the southeast Corner of Section 23; and running
THENCE North (along section line) a distance of 10 rods;
THENCE West a distance of 15 rods;
THENCE South a distance of 10 rods;
THENCE East (along section line) a distance of 15 rods to the point of
beginning;
ENCLOSING an area of 0.937 acres, more or less;
