GARDNER of the County of Bonneville, State of Idaho, in consideration of the sum of TWENTY THOUSAND 20,000.00) DOLLARS to LINDA G. GARDNER in hand paid by LEE S. GARDNER whose address is 150 Swift Creek Lane Afton, Wyoming 83110 the receipt whereof is hereby confessed and acknowledged, has remised, released, and forever quitclaimed and by these presents do I EVER RELEASE heirs, executors and administrators, remis, release and forever quitclaim unto the said LEE S. GARDNER, heirs and assigns, forever, all right, title, interest, property, possession, claim and demand as I, LINDA G. GARDNER have or ought to have, in or to all the following described premises, to wit: Commencing at a point 1062 feet South and 660 feet West of the Northeast Corner of Section 25, Township 32 North, Range 119 West of the 6 Principal Meridian. Wyoming, on the South side of County Road, and running thence South 0 East 258 feet; thence South 90 West 660 feet; thence North 0 East 440 feet; thence South 74 East along the South side of County Road to the point of beginning. Consisting of of approximately 5 acres. Together with all improvements thereon and all rights, appurtenances and hereditaments thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining. SUBJECT, HOWEVER, to all easements, right -of -way, reservations, restrictions and existing future oil and gas and /or mineral leases now or record or otherwise affecting said lands. Hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State of Wyoming. TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the said premises unto the said LEE S.
