SATISFACTION OF MORTGAGE
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, That Bank of the West
a corporation,
does hereby certify that a certain mortgage, bearing date the 14th Day of May 2008
made and executed by Robert L Sloan and Sherrol A Sloan, husband and wife
as mortgagor, to Bank of the West
as mortgagee, conveying certain real estate therein mentioned as security for the payment of
116,000.00 as therein stated, which mortgage was recorded in the office of the County Clerk and Ex-
Officio Register of Deeds of Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, on the 21st day of
May 2008 as Document No. 939173 in Book 695 of Mortgages,
at page 128 and mortgaging the following described real estate in said County, to -wit:
See Attached Exhibit "A"
is, with a note secured thereby, and the aforementioned debt, fully paid, satisfied, released, and discharged
and in consideration thereof the said mortgagee does hereby release and quitclaim unto the said mortgagor
the premises thereby conveyed and mortgaged.
*Also to release the Assignment of Rents dated 5/14/08 recorded 5/21/08 as #939174 in
Book 695, Page 137.

Resurvey of T21N R116W of the 6 P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming being
more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the Northeast corner of said Section 26 of the Resurvey of
T21N R116W of the 6 P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming;
thence S 17°15' W, a distance of 2545.2 feet to a point being the Northwest
corner of the Dialnondville Cemetery Parcel as recorded in Book 24
of Deeds at page 163 in the Office of the County Clerk, County
Courthouse, Kemmerer, Wyoming;
thence N 86 °22'00" E, a distance of 16.33 feet to a point;
