83128, does hereby make the following statement of facts:
1. That she is duly authorized to act on behalf of 1 Bank.
2. That l Bank is the owner of Units 1, 2 3 described under the Certificate of
Surveyor on the plat titled, "WIND SOCK CONDOMINIUM AMENDED IDENTICAL WITH
LOT 108 ALPINE VILLAGE NO. 1 PLAT 2 AMENDED 14TH FILING WITHIN NW 1/4
SECTION 19 T37N R118W LINCOLN COUNTY, WYOMING dated 7 June 2010, as revised
and recorded concurrently herewith.
3. That she has reviewed said plat.
4. That she has read and understands the provisions of the Certificate of Owner
thereon and the implications thereof.
5. That this certificate is signed in the stead of and has the same effect as if the
original mylar of said plat had been signed.
