SHERIFF'S DEED
WHEREAS, a certain mortgage was executed by Jeremy Christensen, a married person, to
First Horizon Home Loans, a division of First Tennessee Bank, N.A., dated July 30, 2007, and
recorded in the Lincoln County Clerk's Office on July 31, 2007, in Book 667 at Page 555 as Rec. No.
931762 and re- recorded in the County Clerk's Office, Lincoln County, Wyoming on November 19,
2007, in Book 679 at Page 170 as Rec. No. 935003, and said mortgage was then assigned to
Wyoming Community Development Authority on July 30, 2007, and the Assignment was recorded in
the Lincoln County Clerk's Office on November 19, 2007, in Book 679 at Page 187 as Rec. No.
935004. The said Mortgage was foreclosed under Sections 34 -4 -101 through 34 -4 -113, of Wyo. Stat.
Ann. (2009), after advertisement as required in the statutes and the property was sold for the sum of
One Hundred Eighteen Thousand Seven Hundred Sixty -Six Dollars and 00 /100 ($118,766.00) to
Wyoming Community Development Authority, it being the highest bidder. The property was sold at
10:00 a.m. on November 9, 2010, in Kemmerer, Wyoming; and
WHEREAS, Pursuant to Wyo. Stat. Ann. 34 -4 -108 (2009), Wyoming Community
Development Authority, as Mortgagee, purchased the property foreclosed upon for the amount of One
Hundred Eighteen Thousand Seven Hundred Sixty -Six Dollars and 00/100 ($118,766.00); and
WHEREAS, Wyoming Community Development Authority was issued a Certificate of Sale
and as holder of the Certificate of Sale is now entitled to a conveyance thereof according to the law.
NOW THEREFORE, the undersigned Sheriff of Lincoln County, Wyoming, in consideration
of the sum of One Hundred Eighteen Thousand Seven Hundred Sixty -Six Dollars and 00 /100
($118,766.00) paid by the said holder, hereby conveys to Wyoming Community Development
Authority and its assignees the following described real estate located in Lincoln County, Wyoming,
to have and to hold the described premises and all appurtenances to the said Wyoming Community
Development Authority and its assignees forever:
Part of Section 24, Township 32, North Range 119, West of the 6` P.M., Lincoln
County, Wyoming; more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the Southwest corner of the Southwest quarter of the Northwest quarter
Of said Section 24; thence North 148.5 feet; thence East 293.3 feet; thence South
148.5 feet; thence West 293.3 feet to the point of beginning.
