and in consideration of ten dollars ($10) in hand paid and other valuable
consideration, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, hereby conveys and
warrants to Michael T. Arnold, a single man, Grantee, whose address is, 29518 NE
173 Street, Duvall, Washington, the following described real estate:
Lot 29, Prater Canyon Estates, Unit 4 as platted and recorded in
the Lincoln County Clerk's Office, Kemmerer, Wyoming.
Situate in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming. Said Grantors hereby
covenant with Grantee that Grantors are lawfully seized of said premises; that they
are free from encumbrances; and Grantors warrant the title thereto against the
lawful claims of all persons whomsoever, except: restrictions, reservations,
easements, and encumbrances of record.
Hereby releasing and waiving any and all rights under and by virtue of the
homestead exemption laws of this state.
