Banking Corporation, does hereby certify that a certain mortgage bearing the date of October
23, 2006 and executed by Francis D. Brown and Karen R. Brown, Trustees of the Francis D.
and Karen R. Brown Family Trust Dated the 31s day of March, 1999 and Jay Fredrick
Brown and Linda K. Brown, Trustees for the Fred and Linda Brown Family Trust dated the
11 th day of December 2001, to The Bank of Star Valley, as mortgagee, a mortgage conveying a
lien on certain real estate therein described as security for the payment of $33,721.04 which
mortgage was recorded in the office of the County Clerk and Ex- Officio Register of Deeds of
Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, on the 30 day of October, 2006 in book 638 of
Mortgages, at Page 675 as document #923875 and pertaining to the following described real
estate in said County, to -wit:
The note secured thereby and the aforementioned debt is fully paid, satisfied, released, and
discharged and in consideration thereof the said mortgage's do hereby release and quitclaim unto
the said mortgagors the premises thereby conveyed and mortgaged.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, The Bank of Star Valley has caused the Release of Real Estate
Mortgage to be signed by its President and its corporate seal to be affixed, this 23` day of
March, 2011
