AFFIDAVIT AFFECTING TITLE

JOANNE ANDERSON, (formerly known as JOANNE SHERVIN) being duly sworn, states
as follows:
1. Affiant states the following facts relating to matters affecting title to real estate
in the State of Wyoming; that she has knowledge of the facts; and, that she is competent to
testify to said facts in open court.
2. JOANNE ANDERSON, (formerly known as JOANNE SHERVIN) states that
her son, CODY SCOTT SHERVIN, also known as CODY SHERVIN, died on August 6, 2005
in Wilson, Teton County, Wyoming.
3. An Affidavit for Distribution by Summary Procedure was filed on September 6,
2005 in the office of the County Clerk of Teton County, Wyoming, on the books and records in
said office, as document number 0658788, however, said Affidavit failed to properly describe
the real property located in Lincoln County, Wyoming.
4. At the time of the death of CODY SCOTT SHERVIN, your Affiant and
SCOTT SHERVIN were married.
5. SCOTT SHERVIN and CODY SHERVIN, acquired certain real estate by
Warranty Deed dated December 16, 2003, and recorded on December 17, 2003, in the office of
the County Clerk of Lincoln County, Wyoming, on the books and records in said office, as
document number 896021, which property is more particularly described as follows:
Lot 32 in Bridger View Ranches, Lincoln County, Wyoming as described
on the official plat thereof
SUBJECT, however, to all restrictions, reservations, easements and
rights -of -way of record, of sight or in use.
6. Affiant states that she and SCOTT SHERVIN, a /k /a SCOTT K. SHERVIN,
were divorced on July 25, 2008 in the Ninth Judicial District Court of Teton County, Wyoming,
in Civil Number 14672.
7. Affiant states that pursuant to the divorce decree, SCOTT K. SHERVIN
transferred the real property referenced in Paragraph 4 above to JOANNE SHERVIN, a
single woman, as her sole and separate property on October 16, 2008, and recorded on October
28, 2008, in the office of the County Clerk of Lincoln County, Wyoming, on the books and
records in said office, as document number 943223.
8. The names and addresses of the Affiant is:

9. That this Affidavit is being recorded to properly show the chain of title to said
real property with the termination of all right, title and interest of CODY SCOTT SHERVIN;
and the termination of all right, title and interest of SCOTT SHERVIN; the change of the
Affiants name, and the acquisition of all right, title and interest in the real property in Affiant.
