and assigns to The Secretary of Housing and Urban Development of Washington
D.C., his successor and /or assigns Grantee, whose legal address is c/o
Michaelson, Connor, Boul, Inc., 5312 Boise Ave, STE 200, Huntington Beach,
CA 92649, ATTN: David Lopez "Assignee it legal representatives and
assigns, all right, title and interest in that certain Certificate of Sale dated June 1,
2010, on the following described property:

ON PAGE 12, SOUTH 17 °50.0' EAST, 782.57 FEET FROM THE CENTER
ONEQUARTER CORNER OF SAID SECTION 35, FOUND AS DESCRIBED IN
THAT CERTIFIED LAND CORNER RECORDATION CERTIFICATE FILED IN
THE SAID OFFICE; THENCE NORTH 89 °17.6' EAST, 209.09 FEET TO A PIPE;
THENCE SOUTH 00 °06.4' WEST, 294.10 FEET TO A PIPE; THENCE
CONTINUING SOUTH 00 °06.4' WEST, 30.14 FEET TO A 3/8" X 12" STEEL

RECORD IN BOOK 244 TO THE PIPE OF BEGINNING
with an address of 176 Worton Lane, Aubum, WY 83111 -8800
Together with all improvements thereon situate and
all fixtures and appurtenances thereto,
which was sold at a foreclosure sale on June 1, 2010, and the Certificate of Sale
was filed on June 1, 2010, at Reception No. 953748 in Book 748 at Page 213 in
the records of the County Clerk and ex- officio Register of Deeds in and for
Lincoln County, Wyoming.
Assignee shall be substituted in the full place and stead of Assignor
and shall take all legal action he may deem proper or necessary in connection
with the Certificate of Sale assigned.
All acts, assignments and transfers under this assignment and all
rights of the parties under this assignment shall be governed by the laws of the
State of Wyoming.
All agreements of the parties are contained in this assignment
which cannot be modified except by written instrument signed by all parties.
