That William Frank Sears a /k/a Frank W. Sears, of P.O. Box 33, Opal, Wyoming 83124,
Grantor, in consideration of the sum of Ten Dollars ($10.00)and other good and valuable consideration
in hand paid, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, hereby CONVEYS AND QUITCLAIMS
to the William Frank Sears Revocable Trust, dated March 24, 2011, of P.O. Box 33, Opal,
Wyoming 83124, Grantees, all minerals and all mineral rights of every kind and character now known
to exist or hereafter discovered, including, without limiting the generality of the foregoing, coal, oil and
gas, and rights thereto, in, under or upon the following described real property situate in Lincoln
County, Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead
exemption laws of the State, to -wit:
All of the mineral interest in the following property as more fully described on Exhibit
"A a copy of which is attached hereto and by this referenced made a part hereof.
TOGETHER WITH the right of possession, ingress and egress at all times for the purpose of
mining, drilling and exploring the said lands for oil, gas and other minerals and of producing, storing
and marketing the same therefrom and with all other rights and privileges necessary and incident to or
convenient for the economical operation and development of said lands for the production of said oil,
gas, and other minerals.
Hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws
of the State of Wyoming.
With respect to W.S. 34 -2 -122, as amended, Grantors hereby state, represent and warrant that
the said Trust was established by written instrument executed the 24 day of March, 2011, that said
Trust has never been revoked, and that said instrument transfers upon said Trustees, all powers set forth
in the Uniform Trustees' Powers Act of the Wyoming Statutes.
