Trelease, Husband and Wife, of the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, in consideration of the sum of Ten and No /100 Dollars ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration to them in hand paid by 1 BANK, a United States banking corporation, of Alpine, Wyoming, its successors and assigns, 79 Highway 89, Alpine, Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, the receipt whereof is hereby confessed and acknowledged, have remised, released, and forever quitclaimed and by these presents do for their heirs, executors and administrators, remise, release and forever quitclaim unto 1 BANK, of Alpine, Wyoming, its successors and assigns, forever, all such right, title, interest, property, possession, claim and demand, as they may have or ought to have, in or to all the following described premises to wit: Lot 57 of Star Valley Ranch Plat 10, Lincoln County, Wyoming as Described on the Official Plat Filed on March 16, 1976 as Instrument No. 476273 of the Records of the Lincoln County Clerk. This deed is an absolute grant of title in effect as well as in form, and is not intended by the Grantors to be a mortgage. The conveyance herein is subject to acceptance by 1 BANK, of Alpine, Wyoming, and the Grantors acknowledge that 1 BANK' s interest in the above described property shall not merge with any existing mortgages in favor of the Grantee and that any such mortgages encumbering the above described property shall remain in full force and effect until a mortgage release is properly recorded by the Grantee. The acceptance of this Deed and the consideration therefore shall be evidenced by and be the recorded Release of said Mortgage(s). The Grantors hereby release and waive all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State of Wyoming. TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the said premises unto 1 BANK, of Alpine, Wyoming, its successors and assigns forever. William A. Trelease and Judith A. Trelease, nor any other person on our behalf, shall or will hereafter claim or demand any right or title in the premises or any part thereof, but we, them and every one of them shall by these presents be excluded and forever barred.
