the County of Lincoln, and State of Wyoming, for and in consideration of TEN DOLLARS
($1o.00) and other valuable consideration, in hand paid, receipt of which is hereby
acknowledged, CONVEYS AND WARRANTS to THE LANCE P. AND MELANIE
ROBINSON FAMILY TRUST, dated March 2-9 2011, LANCE P. ROBINSON and
MELANIE ROBINSON, Trustees, grantees of County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, the
following described real estate situated in County of Lincoln and State of Wyoming,
hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption
laws of the State, to -wit:
See attached EXHIBIT A made part of this document by
reference and incorporation as if fully set forth herein;
AND
SUBJECT TO all covenants, conditions, easements, exceptions,
restrictions, reservations and rights of way of sight or record.
Together with all water rights, mineral rights, improvements and appurtenances
thereon situate or in anywise appertaining thereunto. Subject, however, to all
reservations, restrictions, exceptions, easements and rights -of -way of record or in use.

Beginning at the B.L.M: type monument marking the Paul N. Scherbel RLS 164,
1982 Southeast corner of said NE'4SW V4;
thence N 89 °51'27 "W, along the South`line of said NE SW' /4, 662.95 feet;
thence N 0 °05'09" E, 551.67 feet;
thence S 89 °51'30" E, parallel with the South line of said NW' SE'/4, 1184.00
feet;
thence South 551.68 feet to a point in last said South line;
thence N 89 °51'30" W, along last said South line, 521.88 feet to the point of
beginning.
RESERVING UNTO GRANTOR an easement 30 feet in width for the construction,
maintenance and repair of an irrigation pipeline, the South line described as follows:
Beginning at the Southeast corner -of the above described property;

existing irrigation pipeline; and, reserving the option to extend the west end north 10
feet, more or less, to access the southernmost existing riser.
