SHERIFF'S DEED
WHEREAS, Eric Lish, as mortgagor(s), mortgaged to Mortgage
Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for First Horizon Home Loans,
a Division of First Tennessee Bank N.A., as mortgagee, the hereinafter
described real property by that certain mortgage dated June 18, 2007 (the
"Mortgage and duly recorded in the records of the office of the County Clerk
and ex- officio Register of Deeds in and for Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, on
June 20, 2007, at Reception No. 930548 in Book 662 at Page 848.
The mortgage and note secured thereby were assigned for value as follows:
Assignee: Federal National Mortgage Association
Assignment dated: December 12, 2008
Assignment recorded: December 26, 2008 and Re- Recorded July 7, 2010
Assignment recording information: at Reception No. 944352 in Book 711 at Page
835 and Re- Recorded at at Reception No. 954278 in Book 750 at Page 246
All in the records of the County Clerk and ex- officio Register of Deeds in and for
Lincoln County, Wyoming; and
WHEREAS, the Mortgage being in default, the undersigned Sheriff
in and for Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, pursuant to the request and
direction of Federal National Mortgage Association, acting under a power of sale
contained in the Mortgage, proceeded to advertise for sale and did sell the
hereinafter described real property on November 16, 2010, at 10:00 o'clock in
the forenoon, at public venue, at the front door of the Lincoln County Courthouse
located at 925 Sage Avenue, Kemmerer, WY, Lincoln County, State of
Wyoming; and
WHEREAS, Federal National Mortgage Association "Successful
Bidder made the highest and best bid for the hereinafter described real
property in the sum of $208,999.56, and the said real property was then and
there sold to the Successful Bidder on November 16, 2010 "Sale Date and a
Certificate of Sale was issued by the undersigned Sheriff in and for Lincoln
County, State of Wyoming, to the Successful Bidder, on the Sale Date, which
Certificate of Sale was duly recorded in the records of the office of the County
Clerk and ex- officio Register of Deeds in and for Lincoln County, State of
Wyoming, on November 16, 2010, at Reception No. 956759 in Book 757 at Page
243;
WHEREAS, no one has appeared to redeem the hereinafter
described real property under the laws of the State of Wyoming, and the time for
doing so has now expired;
NOW, THEREFORE, KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS,
that I, Shane Johnson, Sheriff in and for said County of Lincoln, State of
Wyoming, in consideration of the premises, have GRANTED, BARGAINED, and
SOLD, and do hereby TRANSFER and CONVEY, to said FEDERAL NATIONAL
MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION, whose address is P.O. Box 650043, Dallas TX
75265 -0043, its successors and assigns, all right, title, and interest to the
following described real property situate in Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, to-
wit:

belonging, to FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION, its
successors and assigns forever.
