HomeMy WebLinkAbout958682AFFIDAVIT OF SUCCESSOR CO- TRUSTEE UPON RESIGNATION OF TRUSTEES 0006,96 I, SHERYL ANN PUTNAM, being of lawful age and being first duly sworn upon my oath, deposes and states as follows: 1. That my father, Casper E. Mills and Neoma E. Mills were the Trustmakers of the Casper E. and Neoma E. Mills Trust, dated May 28, 1992 and any amendments thereto. 2. That my beloved father, Casper E. Mills and my beloved mother, Neoma E. Mills have both died. 3. That one of the initial Trustees, Eddy LeGrand Mills died on October 19, 1999 in Kemmerer, Wyoming. 4. That the other initial Trustee, David K. Gibson has resigned as Trustee pursuant to a letter dated November 7, 2009. A copy of that letter is attached hereto. 5. That in the Casper E. and Neoma E. Mills Trust, dated May 28, 1992 and any amendments thereto, in Section 9.2 Successor Trustee, I was appointed to act as a successor Trustee of that Trust in conjunction with my brother, Dell Ray Mills, jointly or the survivor upon the death of both of the original Trustees or if for any reason both cease to serve as Trustee. 6. That my brother, Dell Ray Mills has resigned as Trustee pursuant to a letter dated February 28, 2011. A copy of that letter is attached hereto. 7. That I hereby accept the appointment to act as a successor Trustee of the Casper E. and Neoma E. Mills Trust, dated May 28, 1992 and any amendments thereto. 8. That in accepting that appointment I receive all powers and accept all limitations and obligations of a successor Trustee as set forth in the Casper E. And Neoma E. Mills Trust, dated May 28, 1992.
