A part of the SEI /4SW1/4 and the SWI /4SEI /4 of Section 18, Township 32 North, Range 118
West, Lincoln County, Wyoming, more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at the W1/16 Corner of Section 18 and Section 19 of the said township and range,
and running THENCE North, along the west boundary of the SE1 /4SW1/4 of Section 18, 7.8 feet;
THENCE North 88 °10' East 1866.6 feet to the west end of an established property boundary fence line;
THENCE North 88 °10' East, along said fence line, 773.3 feet to the intersection with the east boundary of
the SW1 /4SEI /4 of Section 18; THENCE South, along the said east boundary, 92.2 feet to the EI /16
Corner of Section 18 and Section 19; THENCE West, along section line, 2642.6 feet to the place of
beginning.
