JACQUELYN JACOB HANSEN and STEVEN L. HANSEN, Trustees of the JACQUELYN
JACOB HANSEN REVOCABLE TRUST dated January 5, 1998, as to an undivided 1 /2 interest
"Grantor whose mailing address is 1495 Countryside Lane, Heber City, Utah 84032, hereby
convey and warrant to HALF CIRCLE LAND, LLC, an Idaho limited liability company
"Grantee whose mailing address is 126 South 140 West, Lindon, Utah 84042, for good and
valuable consideration, the following described tract of land in the County of Lincoln, State of
Wyoming, to wit:
See Exhibit A attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference (the
"Property
Together with all tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereto belonging or in any wise
appertaining thereto, including but not limited to easements and rights -of -way over adjoining
property, which easements and rights -of -way are appurtenant to the Property, and all of
Grantor's interest in and to oil, gas, geothermal, water and mineral rights, wells, all water rights
appurtenant to the Property, and all of Grantor's interest in and to any land lying in the bed of
any body of water, waterway or public street, public road or public avenue in front of or
adjoining the land, to have and to hold, the same in fee simple forever.
To have and to hold the Property, with their appurtenances unto Grantee, its successors
and assigns forever. And Grantor does hereby covenant to and with Grantee that it is the owner
in fee simple of the Property; that they are free from all encumbrances and that it will warrant
and defend the same from all lawful claims whatsoever.
