THIS INDENTURE is made the at -day of z i zlti, 2011, by and
between D. J.'s Holdings, Inc., a Wyoming corporation, Grantor, and David A.
Jones, a single man, Grantee, whose address is: 1019 Pine Avenue, Kemmerer,
WY 83101;
That the grantor does, by these presents, hereby CONVEY AND
WARRANT unto the said grantee, all that certain tract, lot, piece, and parcel of
land situated in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, and more particularly
described as:
Lots 9 and 10 of Block 51, of the Second Addition to the Town of Kemmerer,
Lincoln County, Wyoming as described on the official plat thereof, together with
all buildings, improvements and appurtenances thereon situate or in any
appertaining thereto
SUBJECT, HOWEVER, to all reservations, restrictions, exceptions, easements
and rights of way of record, of sight or in use.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Grantor has caused these presents to be
signed by its duly authorized Officer, the day and year first above written.
