over and convey unto The Bank of Star Valley (horein "Assignee), whose address is P. 0. Box 8007,
Afton, WY 83110, a certain Mortgage dated May 8, 2002, made and executed by Brad E. Howard,
Sr. and Toni S. Howard, husband & wife, to and in favor of Teton Mortgage Company, Inc., a
corporation organized and existing under the laws of the State of Wyoming, and appears recorded
in Book 491 of mortgages, beginning on Page 696, in the office of the County Clerk of Lincoln
County, Wyoming, upon the following described property situated in Lincoln County, Wyoming:
Lot 27 in Star Valley Ranch Plat 21 as platted and recorded in the official c cxords of Lincoln
County, Wyoming.
such Mortgage having been given to secure payment of the original principal amount of Ninety
Thousand and no/100 Dollars ($90,000.00), together with the note(s) and obligations therein
described and the money due and to become due thereon with interest, and all rights accrued or to
accrue. under such mortgage.

subject only to the terms and conditions of the above-describod Mortgage.
