RELEASE OF REAL ESTATE MORTGAGE
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that The Bank of Star Valley, A Wyoming
Banking Corporation, does hereby certify that a certain mortgage bearing the date of June 19,
2001, made and executed by Steve Wicks And Sharon Wicks, husband and wife, as mortgagors,
to The Bank of Star Valley, as mortgagee, a mortgage conveying a lien on certain real estate
therein described as security for the payment of $15,000.00, which mortgage was recorded in the
office of the County Clerk and Ex-Officio Register of Deeds of Lincoln County, State of Wyoming,
on the 171h day of June, 2001, in book 467 PR of Mortgages, at Page 315 as document #874145
and pertaining to the following described real estate in said County, to-wit:
"ALL LANDS DESCRIBED IN SAID MORTGAGE."
The note secured thereby and the aforementioned debt is fully paid, satisfied, released, and
discharged and in consideration thereof the said mortgagees do hereby release and quitclaim unto
the said mortgagors the premises thereby conveyed and mortgaged.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, The Bank of Star Valley has caused the Release of Re 41 Estate

Star Valley that the seal affixed to said instrument is the corporate seal of said corporation, and that
said instrument was signed and sealed on behalf of said corporation by authority of its Board of

corporation.
