HomeMy WebLinkAbout958728HERBERT JOSEPH URBANIK, and SHARON ELIZABETH URBANIK, husband and wife, grantors of County of Lincoln, and State of Wyoming, for and in consideration of TEN DOLLARS ($10.00) and other valuable consideration, in hand paid, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, CONVEYS AND WARRANTS to HERBERT JOSEPH URBANIK and SHARON ELIZABETH URBANIK, Trustees, or their successors in trust, under the HERBERT JOSEPH URBANIK and SHARON ELIZABETH URBANIK JOINT LIVING TRUST, dated November 10, 1999, grantees of County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, the following described real estate situate in County of Lincoln and State of Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State, to -wit: Lot No. 8 in the Lost Creek Ranchettes Subdivision being part of the NE' SE' /a and SEV4NE1/4 Section 8, Township 34 North, Range 118 West of the 6th P.M., County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming. Excepting therefrom all oil, gas, or other mineral rights. Together with all water rights, improvements and appurtenances thereon situate or in anywise appertaining thereunto. Subject, however, to all reservations, restrictions, exceptions, easements and rights -of -way of record or in use. WITNESS our hands this 10th day of November, 1999.
