CORNERSTONE BANK, 2280 45 Street S, Fargo, North Dakota 58104 (A Corporation
under the Laws of the State of North Dakota).
DOES HEREBY RELEASE, the property hereafter described, but only the
property hereafter described, from the lien of that certain Mortgage made by THE
EXECUTIVE HANGARS, LLC as Mortgagor to, CORNERSTONE BANK, as
Mortgagee dated May 9, 2007 and filed May 14, 2007 as Receiving No. 929333 Book
657, Pg 823 with the Lincoln County Clerk in the State of Wyoming.
The property released from the lien of the mortgage is described as follows:
Hangars 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, and 17 of The Executive Hangars Condominiums
Identical with Lot 48 Alpine Village Subdivision No. 1 Plat 2 Amended, together with an
undivided interest in common elements in accordance with the Declaration of
Condominiums Ownership and Declaration of Restrictions, Covenants and Conditions
recorded February 23, 2007 in Book 649 on page 524 and by the official plat filed
February 23, 2007 as Instrument No. 926999.
The property hereby released is discharged from the lien of the Mortgage, but the rest of
the property described in the Mortgage above specified, remains as security.
