Lincoln, and State of Wyoming, for and in consideration of TEN DOLLARS ($10.00)
and other valuable consideration, in hand paid, receipt of which is hereby
acknowledged, CONVEYS AND WARRANTS to the CLINT AND TARA FROME
FAMILY TRUST, dated April l 2011, CLINT FROME AND TARA FROME
Trustees, grantees of County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, the following described real
estate situated in County of Lincoln and State of Wyoming, hereby releasing and
waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State, to-
wit:
A portion of the SE1 /4SE1 /4 of Section 26, Township 36 north,
Range 119 West, of the 6 P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming, being
more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at a spike found marking the Southwest corner of said
SE1 /4SE1/4;
thence North 0 42' 43" East, along the West Line of said SE1 /4SE1 /4,
675.02 feet to a Plastic Cap on Rebar marking the Southwest corner of
Nordic Ranches Division No. 3 Subdivision. More particularly being Lot
26;
thence South 89 29' 46" East, along the South line of said Lot 27, 156,79
Feet to an Iron Pipe set marking the Northwest corner of the Selleck
property;678.13 feet to a Cotton Gin Spike set at a point in the South line
of said SE1 /4SE1/4;
thence North 88 47' 56" West, along said South line 391.32 feet, to the
Point of Beginning.
LESS AND EXCEPT the land described in Warranty Deed recorded
August 1, 1994 in Book 335PR on page 24 of the records of the Lincoln
County Clerk.
Subject, however, to all reservations, restrictions, exceptions, easements and
rights -of -way of record or in use. Together with all water rights, mineral rights,
improvements and appurtenances thereon situate or in anywise appertaining thereunto.
