thence South 00 °55' West, 140 feet parallel to the East line of said Church tract to the Point of Beginning
thence South 89 °10' East, 100 feet parallel to the North line of said Tract 90;

thence North 89 °10' West, 100 feet parallel to said North line;
thence North 00 °55' East 120 feet parallel to said East line to the Point of Beginning.
EXCEPTING THEREFROM any land contained in Lot 3 of the Dayton Second Addition to the Town of
Cokeville, Lincoln County, Wyoming as described on the official plat thereof filed August 18, 1977 as Instrument
