($10.00) and other valuable consideration hereby:
transfer, convey and warrant to:
Frank A. Sedey and Charlotte A. Sedey, Trustees of the Frank and Charlotte Sedey Joint
Family Trust, dated March 3/ 2011,
GRANTEE, Whose mailing address is 1006 Cedar Ave Kemmerer, WY 83101, the following
described tract of real property in Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving
all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State to -wit:
Lot Numbered Two (2) of the Block Numbered Fifty -one (5 l.) of the Second
Addition to the City of Kemmerer County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming,
together with all buildings, improvements and appurtenances thereon situated
or in anywise appertaining thereunto.
On the 3 day of March, 2011, personally appeared before me, Frank A. Sedey
and Charlotte A. Sedey, whose identities have been proven on the basis of satisfactory evidence,
being first duly sworn under penalty of perjury, acknowledge that they executed the foregoing
