WHEREAS, Kyle W. Blunt and Tiffany L. Blunt, husband and wife,
as mortgagors, mortgaged to First National Bank West, as mortgagee, the
hereinafter described real property by that certain mortgage dated October 12,
2000 (the "Mortgage"), and duly recorded in the records of the office of the
County Clerk and ex-officio Register of Deeds in and for Lincoln County, State of
Wyoming, on October 13, 2000, in Book 454PR, at Page 56 (Reception No.
869011); and
WHEREAS, the Mortgage, together with the Note secured thereby,
were assigned for value by First National Bank West to Wyoming Community
Development Authority by the indorsement of such Note and the execution and
delivery of that certain assignment of mortgage dated October 10, 2000, and
duly recorded in the records of the office of the County Clerk and ex-officio
Register of Deeds in and for Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, on October 16,
2000, in Book 454PR, at Page 121 (Reception No. 869049); and
WHEREAS, the Mortgage being in default, the undersigned Sheriff
in and for Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, pursuant to the request and
direction of Wyoming Community Development Authority, acting under a power
of sale contained in the Mortgage, proceeded to advertise for sale and did sell
the hereinafter described real property on the 22nd day of February, 2002, at
10:00 o'clock in the forenoon, at public vendue, at the front door of the Lincoln
County Courthouse, 925 Sage Avenue, in the City of Kemmerer, Lincoln County,
State of Wyoming; and
WHEREAS, Wyoming Community Development Authority made
the highest and best bid for the hereinafter described real property in the sum of
$63,750.00, and the said real property was then and there sold to Wyoming
Community Development Authority on the 22nd day of February, 2002; and a
Certificate of Sale was issued by the undersigned Sheriff in and for Lincoln
County, State of Wyoming, to Wyoming Community Development Authority on
the 22nd day of February, 2002, which Certificate of Sale was duly recorded in
the records of the office of the County Clerk and ex-officio Register of Deeds in
and for Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, on February 22, 2002, in Book
484PR, at Page 18 (Reception No. 879317); and
WHEREAS, no one has appeared to redeem the hereinafter
described real property under the laws of the State of Wyoming, and the time for
doing so has now expired;
NOW, THEREFORE, KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS,
that I, Lee Gardner, Sheriff in and for said County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming,
in consideration of the premises, have GRANTED, BARGAINED, and SOLD,
and do hereby TRANSFER and CONVEY, to said Wyoming Community
Development Authority, 155 North Beech Street, Post Office Box 10100, Casper,
Wyoming 82602, its successors and assigns, all right, title, and interest to the
following described real property situate in Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, to-
wit:
Lot 4 of Block 2 of the Fairview Townsite, Lincoln
County, Wyoming, which has the address of 182 1st
South Street, Fairview, Wyoming 83119.
Together with all improvements thereon situate and
all fixtures and appurtenances thereto.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD said described premises, together with
all improvements thereon erected and all fixtures and appurtenances thereunto

belonging, to Wyoming Community Development Authority, its successors and
assigns forever.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has caused this Sher-
iff's Deed to be executed and delivered on the 9~1- day of July, 2002.
