Lancaster and Connie Lancaster a /k/a Connie C. Lancaster, husband and wife, of P.O. Box
1583, Afton, Wyoming 83110, Lincoln County, Wyoming, Grantors for and in consideration of Ten
Dollars ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration, in hand paid, receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged, CONVEYS AND QUITCLAIM to the Kellen and Connie Lancaster Family
Revocable Trust, dated April 18, 2011, Kellen Lancaster and Connie Lancaster, Trustees,
Grantees, whose address is P.O. Box 1583, Afton, Wyoming 83110, the following described real
estate, situated in Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving all rights under
and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State, to -wit:

described on the official plat thereof.

described on the official plat file on July 14, 2005 as instrument No. 909983 of the
records of the Lincoln County Clerk.
Lot 102 and Lot 136 of Rockbridge Meadows 1s Addition to the Town of Afton,
Lincoln County, Wyoming as filed in the Office of the Lincoln County Clerk with
Instrument No. 909982.
TOGETHER WITH all improvements, appurtenances, hereditaments and all other things thereunto
belonging or in anywise appertaining.
SUBJECT, HOWEVER, to all easements, rights -of -way, reservations and restrictions now of
record or otherwise affecting said lands.
Hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws
of the State of Wyoming.
With respect to W.S. 34 -2 -122, as amended, Grantors hereby state, represent and warrant
that the said Trust was established by written instrument executed the 18"' day of April, 2011, that
said Trust has never been revoked, and that said instrument transfers upon said Trustees, all powers
set forth in the Uniform Trustees' Powers Ac* -c ,a Wyoming Statutes.
