HomeMy WebLinkAbout958936KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That the Town of Diamondville, an incorporated Town of the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, Grantor, for and in consideration of the sum of Ten and No /100 Dollars ($10.00) and other valuable consideration in hand paid, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, has hereby remised, released and forever quitclaimed unto the said David Anna Ellis., their heirs and assigns forever, all such right, title, interest, property, possession, claim and demand, as they may have or ought to have in or to all the following described property, to -wit: Parcel 1: All that portion of parcel 215 (Alley) as described and recorded in book 28, abstracts of subdivision Diamondville, Parks and Plats, 1942, lying north and west of lots 12,13,14, and 15 of block 24, as shown on the 1942 plat of the Town of Diamondville. Parcel 2: The east half of east 7 Street as per the 1942 Plat of the Town of Diamondville, lying between the extensions of the boundary line between corners 6 and 5, of parcel 215, as described and recorded in book 28, abstracts of Subdivision Diamondville, Parks and Plats, 1942 and the north boundary of east 8 Street (Currently known as Glenco Street) as shown on said plat. Sanitary sewer and gas lines known, others may exist. SUBJECT, HOWEVER, to all easements, restrictions, reservations, exceptions and rights -of -way on record or in use.
