GRAHAM LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, (herein referred to as
"Grantor for good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which is
hereby acknowledged, hereby conveys and quitclaims an undivided one -half (1/2)
interest in all oil, gas and other minerals which Grantor owns, and which are located in
the below described lands, unto AUDREY B. DOERR, TRUSTEE OF THE JOHN
AND AUDREY DOERR TRUST DATED SEPTEMBER 17, 1991, whose address is
338 East Mountain View Drive, Sheridan, WY 82801. Grantor further conveys and
quitclaims the remaining undivided one -half (1/2) interest in all oil, gas and other
minerals which it owns in such lands unto DAVID THIRION AND LINDA THIRION,
husband and wife, as tenants by the entireties with right of survivorship, whose address is
19221 Maywood Street, Bloomington, CA 92316. The lands in which such oil, gas and
other minerals are located are Lincoln County, Wyoming, and are described as follows,
