Pe Z 77S LINCOLN COUNTY, STATE OF WYOMING PR- 2010 -31 -DC ORDER APPROVING VERIFIED INTERIM REPORT AND ACCOUNTING, AND DECREE OF PARTIAL DISTRIBUTION yam, NOW on this 'day of Probate\Krall \Order Approving Verified Interim Report 2011, the above captioned matter comes before the Court upon the Verified Interim Report and Accounting and Petition for Authority to Make Partial Distribution as filed herein by the Personal Representative, and the Court, having reviewed said report, having reviewed the file of record herein, and being duly advised in the premises, finds that the Personal Representative has duly and timely served notice of this hearing upon all interested parties in accordance with the order of this Court of March 22, 2011, and that therefore the Court has full and complete jurisdiction over the subject matter and all interested parties, and therefore this matter ought to proceed on to hearing and determination on the merits. This matter proceeding on to hearing and determination, the Court notes that no objections have been filed, in writing or orally, to the said Verified Interim Report and Accounting, and Petition for Authority to Make Partial Distribution. The Court specifically finds that each and all of the RECEIVED 4/20/2011 at 12:27 PM RECEIVING 958986 BOOK: 765 PAGE: 616 JEANNE WAGNER LINCOLN COUNTY CLERK, KEMMERER, WY 000617 statements made in the said verified interim report are true and correct, that the accounting attached thereto is true and correct, that the conduct of the Personal Representative in the administration of this estate as reflected in said report is in accordance with law and the prior orders of this Court, that good cause exists for a partial distribution of the assets of the estate at this time, and that therefore order and decree ought to be entered accordingly. IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that the Verified Interim Report and Accounting and Petition for Authority to Make Partial Distribution, as filed herein by the Personal Representative, be and the same hereby is fully and finally approved, and all of the acts and doings of the Personal Representative in the premises be and they hereby are fully and finally approved. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that the Personal Representative shall proceed forthwith as follows: 1. Pay to the attorney for the estate, the fees for ordinary services rendered to date as allowed by order of this Court entered earlier this same date; 2. Retain in its hands as assets of this estate the sum of 50,000.00 to be invested in short term money market items or an account at a local bank, fully insured, and held by it abiding further order of this Court; 3.
