This Mineral Deed made this 20th day of April 2011, between MICHAEL
M. KRALL, Personal Representative of the Estate of Joseph W. Krall, also known as Joe W. Krall,
deceased, Grantor and ANN BAGLEY, 10641 State Highway 233, Kemmerer, WY 83101;
ROBERT H. KRALL, 422 Agate Street, Kemmerer, WY 83101; MICHAEL M. KRALL, 835 Garnet
Street, Kemmerer, WY 83101; WILLIAM M. KRALL, 1001 Garnet Street, Kemmerer, WY 83101;
CLAYTON C. KRALL, 6851 N. Hillsideway, Parker, CO 80134; MARK A. KRALL, 1618 S. 1100
W., Vernal, UT 84078; JUDY KRALL, 1356 Thorton Avenue, Salt Lake City, UT 84105; and
ROBERTA CRANK, 1764 Hayford Avenue, Laramie, WY 82072, Grantees, in equal shares as co-
tenants.
WHEREAS, on the 22n day of March, 2011, the Personal Representative herein filed the
Personal Representative's Verified Interim Report and Accounting, and Petition for Authority to
Make Partial Distribution; and
WHEREAS, on the 19 day of April, 2011, the Third Judicial District Court of the County
ofLincoln, State of Wyoming, entered its Order Approving Verified Interim Report and Accounting,
and Decree of Partial Distribution, directing a conveyance of the Decedent's mineral interest in
certain real property located in Sublette County and Lincoln County, Wyoming, to be executed to
the Grantees as co- tenants, in equal shares, a copy of which Decree has been recorded in the Office
of the County Clerk, Sublette County, Wyoming and Office of the County Clerk, Lincoln County,
Wyoming and which Decree is now on file and of record in the said Court, and which Decree is
hereby referred to and made a part hereof.
NOW, THEREFORE, the Personal Representative, pursuant to the Order Approving Verified
Interim Report and Accounting, and Decree of Partial Distribution hereby conveys to Grantees in
equal shares, as co- tenants, all the right, title and interest that the Estate of the said Joseph W. Krall,
also known as Joe W. Krall, deceased, has or ought to have in and to any mineral estate whether or
not described herein including that certain real property and all royalties, rents, payments and
proceeds of any mineral leases on said property more particularly described as follows:
All right, title, estate and interest owned, claimed or held by the Decedent in and to
all minerals, royalties, and leases including but not limited to oil and gas, in and
under, and that may be produced from the following described lands situate in
