Cahala, as mortgagor(s), mortgaged to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for Homequest Mortgage, as mortgagee, the hereinafter described real property by that certain mortgage dated March 13, 2007 (the "Mortgage and duly recorded in the records of the office of the County Clerk and ex- officio Register of Deeds in and for Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, on March 19, 2007, at Reception No. 927701 in Book 651 at Page 642. The mortgage and note secured thereby were assigned for value as follows: Assignee: Nationstar Mortgage, LLC Assignment dated: August 12, 2010 Assignment recorded: August 25, 2010 Assignment recording information: at Reception No. 558 All in the records of the County Clerk and ex- officio Lincoln County, Wyoming; and 955110 in Book 752 at Page Register of Deeds in and for WHEREAS, the Mortgage being in default, the undersigned Sheriff in and for Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, pursuant to the request and direction of Nationstar Mortgage, LLC, acting under a power of sale contained in the Mortgage, proceeded to advertise for sale and did sell the hereinafter described real property on October 12, 2010, at 10:00 o'clock in the forenoon, at public venue, at the front door of the Lincoln County Courthouse located at 925 Sage Avenue, Kemmerer, WY, Lincoln County, State of Wyoming; and WHEREAS, Nationstar Mortgage, LLC "Successful Bidder made the highest and best bid for the hereinafter described real property in the sum of $180,948.43, and the said real property was then and there sold to the Successful Bidder on October 12, 2010 "Sale Date and a Certificate of Sale was issued by the undersigned Sheriff in and for Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, to the Successful Bidder, on the Sale Date, which Certificate of Sale was duly recorded in the records of the office of the County Clerk and ex- officio Register of Deeds in and for Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, on October 12, 2010, at Reception No. 955943 in Book 755 at Page 218; WHEREAS, said Certificate of Sale was assigned to Federal National Mortgage Association, its successors and assigns by that certain Assignment of Certificate of Sale dated April 4, 2011 and recorded in the records of the County Clerk and ex- officio Register of Deeds in and for Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, on ,4,/, 0 ?02. 2011, at Reception No. in Book >f $S at Page �X3 WHEREAS, no one has appeared to redeem the hereinafter described real property under the laws of the State of Wyoming, and the time for doing so has now expired; NOW, THEREFORE, KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that I, Shane Johnson, Sheriff in and for said County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, in consideration of the premises, have GRANTED, BARGAINED, and SOLD, and do hereby TRANSFER and CONVEY, to said FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION, whose address is P.O.
