SHERIFF'S DEED
WHEREAS, Mitchell David Mumma, as mortgagor(s), mortgaged to
Wells Fargo Bank N.A., as mortgagee, the hereinafter described real property by
that certain mortgage dated March 25, 2005 (the "Mortgage and duly recorded
in the records of the office of the County Clerk and ex- officio Register of Deeds
in and for Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, on April 1, 2005, at Reception No.
907416 in Book 582 at Page 199.
All in the records of the County Clerk and ex- officio Register of Deeds in and for
Lincoln County, Wyoming; and
WHEREAS, the Mortgage being in default, the undersigned Sheriff
in and for Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, pursuant to the request and
direction of Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., acting under a power of sale contained in
the Mortgage, proceeded to advertise for sale and did sell the hereinafter
described real property on November 30, 2010, at 10:00 o'clock in the forenoon,
at public venue, at the front door of the Lincoln County Courthouse located at
925 Sage Avenue, Kemmerer, WY, Lincoln County, State of Wyoming; and
WHEREAS, Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. "Successful Bidder made
the highest and best bid for the hereinafter described real property in the sum of
$138,894.54, and the said real property was then and there sold to the
Successful Bidder on November 30, 2010 "Sale Date and a Certificate of Sale
was issued by the undersigned Sheriff in and for Lincoln County, State of
Wyoming, to the Successful Bidder, on the Sale Date, which Certificate of Sale
was duly recorded in the records of the office of the County Clerk and ex- officio
Register of Deeds in and for Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, on November
30, 2010, at Reception No. 956951 in Book 758 at Page 59.
WHEREAS, said Certificate of Sale was assigned to Federal Home
Loan Mortgage Corporation, its successors and assigns by that certain
Assignment of Certificate of Sale dated March 24, 2011, and recorded in the
records of the County Clerk and ex- officio Register of Deeds in and for Lincoln
County, State of Wyoming, on /1 87 v? C/ 2011, at
Reception No. ySgD in Book `7' at Page
WHEREAS, no one has appeared to redeem the hereinafter
described real property under the laws of the State of Wyoming, and the time for
doing so has now expired;
NOW, THEREFORE, KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS,
that I, Shane Johnson, Sheriff in and for said County of Lincoln, State of
Wyoming, in consideration of the premises, have GRANTED, BARGAINED, and
SOLD, and do hereby TRANSFER and CONVEY, to said FEDERAL HOME
LOAN MORTGAGE CORPORATION, whose address is 5000 Plano Parkway,
Carrollton, TX 75010, its successors and assigns, all right, title, and interest to
the following described real property situate in Lincoln County, State of
Wyoming, to -wit:
