KNOWN BY ALL THESE PRESENTS, That Lyman C. Jensen and Aileen D. Jensen, does
hereby certify that mortgage bearing the date of September 30, 1996 made and executed by
Bernie Jensen and Virginia.Jensen, as mortgagors to Lyman C. Jensen and Aileen D. Jensen
as mortgagees conveying certain real estate therein mentioned as security for'the payment of
$104,900.00 as therein stated, which mortgage was recorded in the office of the County Clerk
and Ex-Officio Register of'Deeds of Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, on October 3, 1996
