QUIT CLAIM DEED
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, LEIGH H. PERKINS, a married
person, holding a life estate, and P.O.O.P. LLC, a Delaware limited liability company,
holding the vested remainder of said life estate, GRANTORS, for and in consideration of
TEN DOLLARS ($10.00) and other valuable consideration, in hand paid, receipt of
which is hereby acknowledged, hereby remise, releases and forever quits claim unto
SVEN E. JOHNSON, GRANTEE, its successors and assigns forever, all such right, title,
interest, property, possession, claim and demand, as the GRANTORS may have or ought
to have, in or to all the following described property:

portion of the Perkins property, as referred to in the Deed recorded with Document No.
695688, in Book 267PR, on Page 309, all with the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln County,
Wyoming, within the NW1 /4 of Section 3, T35N, R119W, of the 6th P.M., Lincoln
County, Wyoming. the Boundary and Encumbrances being more particularly described as
follows:
BEGINNING at a Point being 2,665.46 feet S21 °43'30 "E from the Scott A. Scherbel PLS
3889, 1990 location for the Northwest Corner of said NW1 /4 of said Section 3, also
said Point of Beginning being 2,878.69 feet N22 °38'34 "E from the Scott A. Scherbel PLS
3889, 1991 location for the Southwest Corner of the SW1 /4 of said Section 3;
