QUIT CLAIM DEED
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that ROBERT H. ROBERTS and
MARTHA T. ROBERTS, Husband and Wife, GRANTORS, for and in consideration of
TEN DOLLARS ($10.00) and other valuable consideration, in hand paid, receipt of
which is hereby acknowledged, hereby remise, releases and forever quits claim unto,
LEIGH H. PERKINS, a married person, a life estate for his life, and to P.O.O.P. LLC, a
Delaware limited liability company, a vested remainder of the interest that follows the
life estate of Leigh H. Perkins, and its successors and assigns forever, all such right, title,
interest, property, possession, claim and demand, as the GRANTORS may have or ought
to have, in or to all the following described property:
